Carlos Borges is a cyber threat researcher and intelligence analyst at Intel 471 where he tracks financially-motivated adversaries. Previously, he has worked on managed security services providers (MSSP) and organizations in the financial sector, having participated in different operational roles such as a security operation center (SOC) operator, conducting incident response engagements, deploying security technologies, developing detection engineering capabilities and since 2018 focusing in cyber threat intelligence (CTI).
